A genuine Victorian theatrical tinsel print depicting "Mr. Palmer as Richard Coeur de Lion" (Richard the Lionheart), published by A. Park, 47 Leonard Street, Finsbury, London — a documented publisher of theatrical tinsel portraits active 1835–1863, whose work is held in the V&A and London Museum collections.

Tinsel prints were a beloved 19th-century pastime: etched portraits of stage stars hand-colored and embellished with applied tinsel and fabric. Surviving examples in period frames are a genuine collectible niche of British theatrical ephemera.
